This modern approach saves time, reduces stress, and makes organizing your home easier than ever. Call PortaBox Storage now to discover how these convenient storage units can transform your approach to home organization.

Flexible and Convenient for Any Project
Unlike traditional self-storage solutions that require frequent trips to a distant location, residential onsite storage containers remain conveniently on your property. Built for Reliability and Security
Storing your valuables in a portable container doesn’t mean compromising on safety or protection. Residential onsite storage containers are crafted to resist weather damage. They ensure your furniture, electronics, and treasured personal items remain shielded from the elements. Sturdy materials help maintain controlled conditions inside the container, preventing issues like moisture buildup or temperature extremes.
Once you finish loading the container on your property, our team transports it to a secure warehouse, where we monitor your belongings with climate control, security cameras, and restricted access measures. When you decide you need your items again – whether it’s next week, next month, or next year – you simply call to have the container delivered back to your home. This streamlined process eliminates the need to dig through a maze of units at a storage center, making retrieval quick and painless.
PortaBox Storage proudly serves multiple locations across the Greater Seattle Area and Boise Treasure Valley, providing secure and reliable storage solutions tailored to your needs.

What if I don’t have a lock?
You can order locks when we confirm your order or purchase them from the driver. View our Packing Supplies page for more information.
Will you load &/or unload my box for me?
Yes, PortaBox has a business relationship with local moving companies that can provide the labor to load or unload your container(s). We suggest that you have the container(s) delivered the day before you have the movers come out to do the work for you. Contact the closest office to set up the labor.
Do I need to be present for delivery?
We prefer that the account holder is present at the time of delivery to sign the paperwork and direct the driver where to place the containers. If you absolutely cannot be there we can make arrangements to get the paperwork signed prior to delivery and have you make a diagram where to place the containers.
What do I need to do to have my container re-delivered to my home? (or other location)

How can I access my storage container?
Contact us at least 24 hours in advance (excluding Sundays and holidays) to schedule access. Your container will be moved to a designated access area for you. Please bring a photo ID and ensure your account is up to date.
May I have my container(s) moved to a warehouse closer to my home?
Yes, there is a relocation fee for moving containers from one warehouse to another.
Can I put the container in the garage or carport?
For insurance reasons, we’re not able to place containers in your garage or carport. The containers must be placed on a firm, fairly level surface. They shouldn’t be placed in the grass or on a steep driveway.
How many containers can I have delivered at once?
We can deliver up to 5 containers at a time, but we can deliver as many containers as you like. There is an additional delivery charge for each set of 5 or fewer containers.
